Welcome to CoachFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching center management platform. By accessing or using CoachFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
CoachFlow provides a cloud-based coaching center management platform that includes:
Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Types: Different user roles (Director, Admin, Staff, Accountant) have different access levels and permissions.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into CoachFlow. We do not claim ownership of your student records, financial data, or other institute information.
Data Isolation: Each institute's data is isolated and inaccessible to other institutes on the platform.
Privacy: Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Free Trial: New institutes receive a 2-month free trial period.
Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires an active subscription.
Pricing: Current pricing is INR 100/month per institute. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
While we maintain regular backups, you are encouraged to export and maintain your own backups of critical data. We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control.
CoachFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoachFlow and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.
Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
